We have all heard those below-the-belt jokes made on an uncle whose wife keeps on bragging about his snores in the public. However, it can become a consequential problem if left untreated for a long period.   • Open Nasal passages- keeping nasal passages will allow the smooth and slow movement of air opening the throat and therefore, lesser chances of vibrations that cause snoring. One can use decongestants to avoid nasal congestion.
